Lunch webbinar: Navigating the Swedish funding landscape, with a special focus on plant protection research

Welcome to a seminar organised by the SLU Plant Protection Network in collaboration with the SLU Grants Office! In this seminar, the research coordinators Ulf Westerlund and Caroline Grabbe from the Grants Office will provide an overview of the Swedish system for research funding, highlighting different opportunities to apply for funding, with focus on plant protection research.

All researchers, independent of their career stage, are welcome, but especially you who are relatively new to the Swedish funding system. You will also learn about how the Grants Office is working and how they can help you when applying for funding. Last but not least, there will of course be time for questions!

This seminar is part of the SLU Plant Protection Network lunch seminar series.

The meetings take place on Zoom. Please contact cajsa.lithell@slu.se and she will provide you with the Zoom-link!

The invited speakers will be both plant protection researchers from SLU (from our different faculties) and external (international) speakers. Different topics of plant protection in agricultural, forest and natural ecosystems will be presented. Some of the talks will also present infrastructure at SLU that plant protection researchers use.
