Cartilage injuries associated with osteoarthritis are one of the most common causes of joint pain and lameness in horses. Our research group works to develop methods that can heal cartilage damage, and we study various cartilage cells in collaboration with the MAX IV laboratory in Lund and Sahlgrenska University Hospital in Gothenburg.
