MAPPING, CONCEPTUALIZING, VISUALIZING AND COMMUNICATING ARTISTIC EXPLORATION (work and method) WITHIN TEACHING AND RESEARCH AT SLU LANDSCAPE

Over two dozen staff joined the Mapping, conceptualizing, visualizing, communicating artistic exploration workshop organized by the SLU L Call for Ideas (CFI) project team Carola Wingren and Thomas Oles.
The two were seeking input for their design of a survey on the use of explorative methods at SLU Landscape. The session prompted lively debate and powerful reactions, and while many had questions about the team’s survey format, the majority strongly support this CFI’s goal to open a discussion about the use of creative and artistic methods in research and teaching at SLU Landscape. Oles and Wingren will incorporate the inputs from the workshop in the second phase of the project.
