The Forestlands
Last changed: 27 March 2024

Forestlands primarily intended for educational purposes.
Over 2500 hectares of forestland distributed over large parts of Sweden. The forests are close to the cities of Gällivare, Piteå, Umeå, Strömsund, Sollefteå, Uppsala, Skara and Visby. Education is the primary goal for the usage of the forestlands, although other utilizations are also welcome – e.g. research and recreation. Forest trials are operated on a number of the forest properties, and data on the forests themselves is available.
From a research perspective, the forestlands have a rather untapped potential. Interest in utilization is thus welcome!
