Blue food in the right way is the food of the future

The new Nordic Nutrition Recommendations (NNR) clearly state that blue food is the food of the future. But how do we make it happen? At the annual conference of the Blue Food research programme, in which SLU Future Food participated, many exciting ideas and initiatives were presented. There is great potential to increase the amount of food from domestically produced fish, provided it is done in the right way.
