A new method for fermentation of rapeseed could provide opportunities for increased use of domestic protein feed.
The technology, which was awarded by Danish Agromek, has been tested by pig producers and now starts also scientific experiments. Increased palatability, digestibility and gut health will probably be some of the profits.
