On Wednesday 4 June 2025 from 08.30-11.30 you have the chance to visit some of our ongoing field trials at our field research areas in Uppsala.
Please register your intention to take part using the form below.
Please also indicate if you would be able to offer spaces in your vehicle to help us travel to the sites.

Stop 1. Lövsta, on the side of the road by the EcoServ trial

09:00 Presentation of EcoServ long-term trial (LTE) (Alexander Menegat, funded by NJ Faculty)
09:20 Presentation of Tre Rader where a robot is used (Göran Bergkvist, funded by EIP Agri, in collaboration with Mapro Systems AB, SLU Energy and Technology, HS, Archea, Bona gård)
09:40 Brief introduction to the Cropping Systems LTEs VPE is responsible for and how we use them in research (Ingrid Öborn et al)
09:50 Short drive to Lövsta Field research station
Stop 2. Parking lot opposite to the Lövsta Field Research Station
10:00 Fika (on the grass lawn or in the machine barn depending on the weather) while listening to:
-Brief intro to the Lövsta Field Research Station (John Löfkvist)
-Short talk on how do we use field experiments in the education (Sigrun Dahlin)

11:30 Summarizing the field excursion and drive back to Ultuna
