Work process SWEmodel. Illustration.

The SWE-model (Soil-Water_Environment) is a process oriented, catchment-scale model intended for high-resolution (1-50 km2) evaluation of the effectiveness of mitigation measures on reducing or controlling nutrient losses. The SWE-model is under development and should be able to identify hot-spots for nutrient leakage and describe the effect of different mitigation measures to reduce the nutrient losses.

More information about SWE-model is given on the Swedish version of this page.

The development of SWE-model is currently on hold.
