SLU Water Forum sends out newsletters twice a year. Below you will find our previous letters. The first one came in the autumn 2020.

SLU Water Forum newsletter autumn 2023. Several early career water researchers at SLU have received funding from this year's calls from the Swedish research councils. We look ahead and plan for a fourth internal water seminar. Read the report from a visit from Ukraine, the latest publications from our water researchers and more.

SLU Water Forum newsletter spring 2023. During the spring a lot has happened related to water at SLU. In this newsletter we summarize the celebration of the World Water Day and the World Oceans Day. We report on SLU water news and upcoming events. Did you know that SLU ranked high for the global sustainability goal 14 (on oceans and marine resources) in Times Higher Education's ranking of universities work with Agenda 2030?

SLU Water Forum newsletter autumn 2022. We write about new water projects at SLU, that received funding from the national research financiers. We also report on other water news from SLU for example concerning ditches in agricultural land, restoration of wetlands and shark-release in Gullmarsfjorden.

SLU Water Forum newsletter spring 2022. We report on a new agreement signed by SLU, Stockholm University and Skansen about continued collaboration at the Baltic Sea Science Center. Here you can also read about the World Water Day and SLU Water Forum's second water seminar.

SLU Water Forum newsletter autumn 2021. We present the SLU Water Forum work plan and report that researchers within SLU Water Forum have participated in webinars during the World Water Day, the World Biodiversity Day and the World Water Week, and with digital presentations to school classes at the Baltic Sea Science Center at Skansen

SLU Water Forum newsletter spring 2021. We report that as many as 18 projects related to water at SLU received research funding from the national research councils during the autumn of 2020, and that the Swedish government will set aside 210 million Swedish crowns over the next four years to establish a national research program on seas and waters.

SLU Water Forum newsletter autumn 2020. We write about SLU's collaboration on water with Uppsala municipality, Formas' proposal for a new national research program on sea and water, as well as the establishment of a faculty-wide center for hydropower, environment and society at SLU.
