SASUF

SLU is a member university in the South Africa-Sweden University Forum (SASUF), which is a strategic internationalisation project with the overall aim of strengthening ties between Sweden and South Africa in research, education and innovation.

SASUF is a collaboration between 40 universities in Sweden & South Africa together with embassies, civil society organisations, funding agencies & ministries in both countries.

SASUF has a budget of 22 000 000 SEK and is funded by STINT (Swedish Foundation for International Cooperation in Research and Higher Education), the participating universities, the National Research Foundation and the Department of Higher Education & Training in South Africa.
