Biodiversity

Forest biodiversity is changing and will continue to change in the near future.  Forests are critical habitats for biodiversity and they are also essential for the provision of a wide range of ecosystem services that are important to human well-being. Here at the department, research is focused on understanding the connection between environmental conditions and biodiversity.
