This project examined the Swedish County Adminstrative Boards in their monitoring of the joint impact on the environmental objectives made by individual activities.
The purpose was to identify environmental quality objectives that could be attained by a proper handling in EIA- and permission processes, and by proposing improvements to the permission process in order to better contribute to the implementation of the environmental objectives. The project was a cooperation with the Swedish Environmental Research Institute, IVL.
