Kursen avser att ge fördjupade kunskaper i sjukdomsgenetik och beteendeegenskapers genetik hos djur och förståelse för avelsarbetets konsekvenser för djurens hälsa och beteende, så att studenten kan arbeta för bättre djurvälfärd och hållbarhet.
