Hello and welcome to the Food law and quality management!

The preliminary schedule is available, with a digital version to soon follow with lecture rooms.

Note that the official start date, Fri 1 Nov, is a date when SLU does not have any scheduled teaching. So a few days before the course start, we will open up the course Canvas page with a warm-up activity that can be done in your own time. The first day on campus will be Mon 4 Nov, with a course introduction at 8:15 (obligatory, in order to know what is required during this course), followed be introductory lectures on Food law before lunch. After lunch, you will put into groups to start planning your assigned products - participation in the group-based lab exercise which runs through the first weeks of the course is obligatory.
