  2. Course schedule:
The course consist of three parts: (I) introductory week (distance), (II) self-studying (literature review, home assignments, and field project), (III) field week. Detailed information will be available on Canvas.
  3. Course portal (Canvas):
During the course, we are going to use a learning platform called “Canvas”. There, you can find: study materials, literature, assignments, instructions and more. You can also use the platform to communicate with us (teachers teams) and other students.
More information about Canvas: Educational systems | Studentwebben (slu.se)
  4. First week:
During the first week of the course (5-9 June) we are going to have three mandatory distance meetings i.e. on 5th, 7th and 9th of June. Classes are going to be held on “Zoom” between 9:00 and 12:00, each day. Link to the Zoom meeting can be found on the course portal (Canvas) (Note: there is one link for all the meetings). During the first week we will provide you with important information regarding the course (field project, home assignments, field week etc.). You will also have an opportunity to discuss and ask questions about the course.
  5. Field week:
Mandatory field week is planned between 14-18th of August.

Please do not hesitate to contact course leader Mikolaj Lula, Mikolaj.lula@slu.se, in case of any questions or doubts, or educational administrator Desiree Mattsson, desiree.mattsson@slu.se.

We are looking forward to meeting you soon! It is going to be an exciting course, with a fun field week!

Kind regards, Teachers Team
